My experience with this shop was not good I took my weed wacker machine which was working to get a tune-up an the destroyed my good working machine they took it apart didn't put back together properly so not it's not working. From working to Not working I had this machine for 20 years always worked just i took it there because it wasn't idling so that they could fix that all they had to do was ajust the carburetor but I guess they don't know how to do that so they want me to pay them 250$ to install a new carburetor and a new weed wacker machine cost just a few dollars more people don't use common sense anymore

I have a Honda walk-behind lawnmower that I thought just needed maintenance but turned out needing more (blame this user!). Furthermore, I expected that parts would need to be ordered, etc., and that the mower might be there for up to a few weeks. Instead, it was ready in less than 3 days! I had also brought this mower for (more routine) maintenance 2 1/2 years ago. Both times, owners of Palm Bay Power Equipment, Teresa and Dan, *under-charged* me and even added bonus service.

I have an echo chainsaw six weeks old that I brought in for a warranty service issue. They are listed as an echo service center. They refused the chainsaw since it was purchased at Home Depot. They said The service work had to be performed by Home Depot. I took the saw to Home Depot. HD contacted Echo directly who said take it to an authorized repair center and recommended Palm Bay mower. I took the chainsaw an hour away to a different echo service center. Explain to them what happened they apologized for Palm bay mower poorly representing the echo brand and took my chainsaw in for warranty repair. Made an easy decision. I will never do business with Palm bay mower.

Family business, husband and wife both know their sh__. Order parts if they don’t have them,, fix equipment, or sharpen a chainsaw blade, they will call you back when they saw. Mildly friendly, and professional. Professional is the key to great service in our country, something many Americans are lacking, so when I see it, you get five stars with me Tony.
